lack of pain/excess of laziness

Well I am finally on here and heres my little update for all my fellow runners!

I have probably run around 20 miles since the surf city half marathon yea thats not good at all :P

so my plan now is to set it on hyperdrive and get back into the groove of things and run my normal 12 miles a week for this next month or so and slowly build it back up to my normal 20 miles a week but as Al has said a 10 minute pace is needed so im gonna push myself to do 10 min or lower pace aswell. The first time out was to just do it but this time around i gotta beat a certain time.

well my current schedule would be to do 4-6 miles on tuesday and thursday and then the sunday 6-8 mile run. Then theres golf and paintballing :P a wide array of sports yes but its a complete workout that way :D

anyways thats my plan for the next few months!
