I just wanted to recap on our San Francisco plans for everyone:

Everyone but Heather will be staying at The Westin at Union Square where the room per night (ind. tax/fees) is $166.44 per night, per room. I have 3 rooms booked with 9 people so far. If we're doing 4 people per room, I have 3 slots left for whoever wants to come up to SF with us!
UPDATED: So far, everyone who's signed up are confirmed to stay until Monday Aug 1: Me, Kristina, Shiba, Karen, Tung, Albert, Kason, Omar, and Kobe. I have two rooms extended for this. The split will be 5 and 4 in each room (we better like each other because we're going to be really close together haha).
I assumed that everyone will be coming in on Friday except for Karen. Please let me know if you're not coming in on Friday and will be coming in on Saturday, this will change the pricing for Friday stayers a little.
I will be taking the entire Friday off and plan to fly in around noon time or early afternoon and fly back in on Monday afternoon/evening (after checking out and grabbing a last meal). For those who want to fly with me, let me know, and we'll get together and buy plane tickets. We should probably do this soon for the lowest prices. Whatever time you're flying in/out, traveling with a buddy is always better and safer!
